Measuring marketing ROI is an ongoing challenge.  This McKinsey article highlights how firms who have a clearer understanding of their marketing spend are better equipped to increase their marketing budgets - even in a downturn.

Thanks Pip - this will be handy for our Marketing Masterclass assignment. We've been asked to look at how the companies we're meeting are going about creating 'Market Based Assets'.
