I heard a great radio segment on the BBC World Service about the developing Chinese market for European goods like cheese and wine. I did my Industry Studies in Asia (ISA) project on the Shanghai ice cream market, and found many of the insights in this radio doco were very consistent with my group's own findings. If you haven't taken ISA yet and can spare the time and cash I'd definitely recommend it. We had a ball and learned a lot in the process.
